Delete Your InnerSignal Account
We respect your privacy and believe you should always have control over your personal information. If you decide to stop using InnerSignal, you can permanently delete your account and associated data directly from within the app.
How to Delete Your Account
Deleting your account is simple — follow these steps inside the app:
- 1Open the InnerSignal app.
- 2Sign in to your account.
- 3Navigate to the Profile page.
- 4Tap Delete My Account.
- 5Review the confirmation message.
- 6Confirm your decision.
Your account deletion request will then be processed.
What Information Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following information is permanently removed from InnerSignal:
- Your profile information
- AI conversation history
- Journal entries and reflections
- Saved items
- Personal preferences and personalization settings
- Any other personal content associated with your account
Data Retention
InnerSignal is committed to protecting your privacy.
In limited circumstances, certain information may be temporarily retained only when required for:
- Legal obligations
- Fraud prevention
- Security investigations
- Enforcement of our Terms of Use
Any retained information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and deleted after the applicable retention period.
